personal preference vs strategic vote

Rarely in our lifetime will we face such a generation-shaping election. Each day for a week, I've been looking here to see the best vote to defeat Harper and his party. The NDP and Liberals both have strong candidates - but right now that's looking meaningless. I am close to deciding my vote. But - I will gladly change if the other is clearly showing stronger in the polls on this site. I hope others will consider the same. I also am examining the records of the pollsters to try to help deciphering the possibilities since this website has failed to come up with a clear choice.
